Refund policy
It is important that you open your order as soon as it arrives. Please notify us immediately if there are missing or damaged items. Reports of damaged/missing items must be reported within 48 hrs of receipt. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless our product is faulty. Mirabele reserves the right to evaluate each situation case by case and can refuse replacement, exchange or refund if it is deemed the product does not have a fault caused by manufacture.
Any defects will be replaced as long as we have reasonable evidence such as a photo sent by email to help@mirabebeauty.com
From when a parcel is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 days for your return to be finalised. Please note, we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items, only a store credit will be provided once your return item/s is/are received back at our warehouse. A store credit will not include shipping costs.Â
We do not offer full refunds or physical exchanges for a product unless it is deemed faulty upon inspection. In some scenarios, we may require the faulty item to be returned to us for further inspection.
Our policy lasts 48 hours after the purchase has been received. If this time-frame has passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit in exchange for your items. If you wish to return an item which was a gift, we will require the original order number and email address in order to process the request.Â
*Please note:Â When returning a parcel, we suggest using standard/ regular post as this will be the most cost effective option. Customers are required to keep all relevant return information, including their return tracking number, in case any issues arise. If the package is lost while being returned to us, unfortunately, Miabele Beauty is not at fault.
All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. If the item being returned does not comply with our standards as mentioned above, the customer will be contacted.Â
Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.Â
*Please note: Customers are required to cover all costs involved with returning products. If any products returned goes against our product return eligibility, the customer will be contacted and given the option to have this returned back to them (at customers cost), or for this to be disposed of. If the customer has contacted our Customer Service Team and found a fault with one of their products, Mirabele Beauty will cover the return shipping costs. We are not the couriers and cannot be held liable for any costs which are incurred while using their services. All returns will be shipped back to our only warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.
Pre-sale conditions:
By opting in and paying for an item purchased on pre-sale, you understand this product will be allocated to you in the pre-ordering process. We do not offer full refunds on pre-sale items. If you do wish to cancel your pre-sale order, you agree and understand you will need to cover a cancellation fee of 20% of value of the product.
